close up

For this project I had to find objects or person and had to take a close up of it. What worked well is to zoom in on something and so it will be easier to have it closer instead of having the camera be right on the object or person. What I tried new was I tapped on the screen so I could then focus the light correctly. My challenges were not shaking the camera or else the picture would be blurry. It wasn’t that had finding things to take pictures of honestly. And like I said before, one issue with the camera was trying not to move too much. If I had time and equipment to take a close up picture of my shoes because they have a lot of different materials so there will be better close up picture. Here is the link to the rest of my photos.

This semester was a lot of fun and I had a fun time taking pictures. My thoughts have changed a lot about photography as the semester moved on. I have changed the way I take photos now from editing on photo shop to learning about F-stop and shutter speed. to make my photos look better. Getting close was my favorite project because the photos I took turned out great. Although I won’t pursue a career in photography, I will definitely consider taking it in High School because it was one of my favorite classes at LPMS.

Last Project

The semester has been good and has taught me how to take better photos. Yes, because you can get different angles and different filters and make the same photo look so different. Yes, I try and get the pictures from all angles now. My favorite project was the one where you had to take a bunch of different angles. I think it is really interesting I’m not sure if I will do it next year because it is challenging and I am not that good with computers.

Last Project…

The first semester was so fun! I enjoyed learning more about using cameras and exploring with angles, lighting, and settings. My thoughts have changed a lot about photography, I learned how to take photos and how to process every little detail taken within the shot. I have changed the way I take photos, I use the rule of thirds in many more of the photos I take. My favorite project was “Black Portraits”, because I took many great photos of my friends, and learned how to incorporate lighting appropriately into my photos. I don’t think I will continue studying photography in high school and , I cant see myself living off of taking photos. However, it is definitely my number one hobby and will continue to be in the future. I am going to miss this photography class, but not the teacher because he’s a bully… lol, bye Mr. Fitz!(just kidding we will all miss you) This is my favorite photo I took of my friend, Tabitha.

Final Project

I had a good and fun semester thanks to this class. I have always liked photography but not thought about it much. I think I learned to take better in photos and I have definitely changed the angle I take pictures. My favorite project might have been the smile because it was fun to ask people to smile. Im not sure that i would do photography as a career but I am probably going to continue to take it in high school. Because its a fun but challenging class.

Last Project

This class was super fun and I learned a lot of new things that I love to try at home with my actual camera. I showed my parents some tricks and they were also amazed at how I did it. Taking photos aren’t what I usually do so I’m not so good at it but this class taught me how to. I also learned how to edit photos in different shades of black and white which I thought was super cool. The rest of my 7 photos are here.

Final Project

This whole semester we struggled to take pictures without having it being taken by others, it was very complicated but got your mind thinking, if someone had the same idea as you, you would do something else to make it better. My thoughts changed on photography greatly, I enjoy taking pictures and I finally learned how to take pictures better with the techniques this time. I have changed the way I took pictures a lot. My favorite project was the rule of thirds because when we took pics then, the lighting was very good for pictures. Photography interests me a lot as a career and I will definitely go through with it during high school.

#ProLevel

This semester I have done many projects, including light graffiti, macro pictures, and taking photos of objects in motion. I have also learned a lot, more than I would have on my own. I learned how to use three of the manual settings in a camera, ISO, aperture, and shutter speed. I have also learned that if you put a camera on a tripod in a pitch black room and turn up the shutter speed to as long as possible, you can draw in the air with light. Before this class I wasn’t very interested in photography, but this class has really changed my mind. I plan on taking more photography classes in high school. I used to take photos very carelessly, and I didn’t understand how to take good photos, but now I am able to take very good pictures, much better than before. My favorite project was the light graffiti project, which I enjoyed a lot because of how much fun it was to draw with light as my paintbrush and the air as my canvas.
