Getting Close

In this project we had to zoom into normal objects. what worked was images with cool patterns or textures. I tired zooming into projects with different textures like the Oreo and it worked really well. It was hard because i had an iPhone 7 camera so i had to zoom in a lot and most things will look fuzzy. It i had the equipment i would love to do more zoomed in pictures because they look so cool. Link

Up Close

For the “Up Close” project, we were asked to take pictures of five living and nonliving things. The thing that worked for this project was me using my personal device. I say that because with my phone I could tap whatever I wanted to focus on and it would blur everything else out. I did try something new, because I usually take pictures from a distance. My challenge was finding living things to actually take a picture of without it moving away. It wasn’t difficult to find nonliving objects because they are everywhere. But it was way more difficult to find living things. If I had the equipment and time, i’m sure I would take photos in macro. You can find the rest of my photos here.

Getting Close

For this assignment we had to take close up pictures of at least 3 to 5 living and non living things. well I had to use a app called VSCO and the problem was that it was to blurry when i got to close to the object. I would like to photograph a leaf that had a sing water drop on it. If you want to see the rest of the pictures click here.

Getting Close

For this project I used an app called VSCO to take my photos. I took pictures of living and non-living objects while getting as close as I could. I really liked editing on VSCO because it was very simple and had lots of different options for me to choose from. This was also the first time I used the app. The hardest part of the project was finding living things but once I found them the pictures turned out very well. I think that if I could I would take my pictures in the snow because it would look cool in the background.

Macro

For this project, I took “macro” pictures, or pictures up close. My actual camera worked great for this assignment because it automatically goes into macro mode when up close to something. The biggest challenge was trying to find animals to take pics of because it was winter, I am really proud of how close I was able to get to the squirrel without them running away. I had no issues with my camera. I would take photos of objects/animals that are very hard to get close to, like a squirrel.

Getting Close

For this task, we were to get a photo of any object, but it had to very close to it. It was very easy to use vsco as it gives you very easy tools to edit with. It was my first time using it, and it was very easy. My challenges were that I had to redo all my pictures because they weren’t close enough. If I could, I would get an up close shot of an animal.

Getting Close

This assignment was very interesting. We had to take close-up pictures of living and non-living things. Using the app VSCO was very helpful and helped me get all the photos. It wasn’t difficult at all. I would like to photograph an ant up close if I could. Here are two of my favorite pictures, you can see the rest of them here.

Up Close

In this project, I had to take close up pictures of 5 things that are living and 5 objects. We had to switch the setting on the camera to Macro, so that the camera could know that we are trying to take close up pictures, and focus on the objects. What worked with this project was finding good lighting and getting very close to the object. Although I had to get close, if i got too close, the object would become blurry. For this project, I tried taking pictures of things that somebody would look at and have to think about what it is. What was difficult for this project was finding subjects for the pictures, because I had to think about cool objects that I could take a picture of and make it look different and cool. If I had the right equipment and the time, I would take pictures at a park, because there are so many incredible things I could take close up picture of in nature.

Up Close

In this project, we had to take 10 pictures thing up close. 5 pictures of living things and 5 pictures of non-living things. It was easy to find things to take pictures of, but when we had to take the pictures, we had to find the perfect angle and the perfect distance away from the object to get an up close image with good quality. There weren’t any challenges and it wasn’t hard to find things to take pictures of, but I did try something new in this project by really trying to get pictures up close. If I had all the equipment I needed and all the time in the world, I would love to get out in nature and take close up pictures of all kinds of animals, like foxes and seals. You can see the rest of my pictures HERE.

Up Close

For this project we had to take a least 10 photos of living and not living things; up close. The thing that work well for this project was using VSCO , this made it easy to get a close up photo of a object/person, without it being fuzzy. I did try something new and that was using the app VSCO. The challenges I had were finding objects to take close up photos. Also it was hard taking a photo of someone eyes because of blinking and the camera not focusing . If I had the ability to take a good close up photo, I would want to take a photo of a butterfly or dragon fly, up close. If you would like to see the rest of my close up photos click HERE.
