We were asked to use our cameras to capture a very well defined photo of something small. What worked well was taking pictures of things that were not moving. If I could I’d photograph ants. Here are the rest of my pics.

Action Pictures
In this project we had to take pictures of things in motion/action. In order to capture good images I had to hold down the shutter button on my iphone so I could catch things moving without blur. Tips I have for someone else who’s doing the project is to 100% hold down the shutter button. If I could photograph a sport it would be football because that is my favorite sport. Here are my pictures.

Framing project
For our framing we had to take a photo using different things to frame the picture like door frames, fences, door ways, etc. Some challenges to this project were finding the proper frames.
White Portrait
For the white background I stood in front of the white background and I had someone shine the light behind me on the background so there wouldn’t be a shadow. That worked. What didn’t work was shining the light directly on me because that would have made a casted a shadow on the background.

1 object, 5 shots.
For “5 shots” I had to take 5 photos at 5 different camera angles of 3 different objects. I took pictures of a mouse, Maansur, and Mimi. I found it challenging to find different camera angles for the pictures. The hardest object to take a picture of was Mimi because she wouldn’t stop moving. This project helped understand how I can use different angles to make my pictures look better in the future. The picture below is my favorite because Maansur looks cool.

Black Background.
We had to mess with the settings and shutter speed to get the correct lighting for all the pictures. We also had to shine the light on the side of the persons face because if we shines in in front of them the background would be too visible. Here are the rest of our group photos.

My Logo.
I get my photos from around the school, the internet, or at my home. I do not contact the owner of the photo. I always credit the photographer, even if it’s from google. If someone was using my images for a class project I would expect them to credit me as the photographer. My logo is inspired by my passion for astronomy and space. The easy part about designing my logo was figuring out the design, the hard part was figuring out the font to use for my name.
