Close Up

In this project we had get close to an item and take a picture of it including all detail. What worked well for me was that getting close to the ground would show the whole object and capture more details. I tried to put my camera close to the ground and tilt it upwards towards the item (flower). If the light of the sun was hitting the flower then the ray of light would show in the camera letting more of the detail come through. A problem that i faced with this project was getting to close to the photo and blurring out the background. Was wasn’t difficult to find things to take photos of. I would get a close up of some insects or some creature that is very small.

Action Photos

In this project we had to take a photo of a person doing an action. Say if a person was jumping we would take multiple pictures of that person doing one action. We also had to mess with he lighting and find different angles that would work for the photos. The part of the project that was most difficult was when we had to place all of the photos into one having the person in many positions.

Framing Your Subject

For this project the had to frame a person/object by using other objects to create a focal point in the picture. The reason I liked this project is because of how it is able to create such a magnificent picture. one of the things that I had found challenging about this project is finding a space where you are able to have good lighting and finding a good frame.

Rule of Thirds

In this project we had to take a photo using Rule of Thirds. This method is used to line photos up taking peoples view from one point to another. Using the grid on the phone you are able to take a perfect photo. The grid lined the photos and separated them into parts of the grid. One of the easiest parts of the project was finding a place to take the photo. The hard part was having to line the grid into the right position.
