Light Graffiti

We took pictures by sometimes painting the background or the people in the image. Sometimes it wouldn’t work to take the pictures because we didn’t have enough time to do everything we wanted.A frustration for us was that we would never know exactly where we were placing the light. We had people standing on chairs so some of the light graffiti would look like its actually high up in the air (for example, a cloud). Here is the link to our photo’s.

Rule of Thirds

My favorite people picture is the one of me carrying Lauren. My favorite picture of an object is the one of the plant. It worked if you lined up the object on the grid. It didn’t work when we had too many people on the line. I thought it was going to be easy to take the pictures and it was. I used the line on the far right. Here is the link to the pictures.

Infinite Background

For this project, we had to move the lighting and the person multiple times to make sure there were no shadows. For the white background, the person had to be right up on the background, and for the black background, the person had to be far away from the background and the light had to be right up in the persons face. If the person was right in front of the background, there would be shadows on the black background. Here is a link to all my photos.
