black background

We used professional cameras and spotlights to create a great photo, then turned the lights off and changed the ISO and shutter speed to get black backgrounds on our pictures. The camera itself was hard to work with but everyone’s collaboration helped. When editing our photos, we cropped out stuff and changed the “curve”. I took the photo of Grace and she took the photo of me. The link to my groups photos are here.

For this assignment, we had to take pictures of 3 different objects, (one was a person) with 5 different angles. I chose a pencil sharpener, a hand sanitizer, and my friend Grace. The hardest object was the hand sanitizer because it was high up and I had to go on the ground for it. A challenge was my phone because it kept shutting off. A link to all of my photos is below and my favorite photos are these ones. This project helped me learn about different angles to a photo.

24 colors

In this project, we had to buy a box of 24 crayons and take pictures as we went around the school matching crayons to the same color. Finding the same exact color was a challenge because some of the colors were really unique. I thought taking the photos and matching some of the more basic colors (ROYGBIV) was easy because they were around the school. My favorite 2 pictures are below and the rest are in the link.
